A: No, all of Impact’s work is custom.
Impact specializes in custom work, and specifications vary greatly from job to job. If you send us your basic job specifications we will be pleased to offer quotes based on different material and design options.

Q: Does Impact carry stock items?

A: Some standard items are in stock.
Impact maintains an inventory on its generic metal wine list covers, planet 3000 bi-fold menu covers sized for 8 1/2" x 11" printed inserts, its new age linen bi-fold menu covers sized for 8 1/2" x 14" printed inserts. Since most of our jobs are custom, maintaining an inventory is not practical.

Q: What is your average Lead Time on items?

A: This varies...
Delivery (production time) varies with the complexity and style of the menu cover. Generally, Impact is able to ship a custom order within 5 to 6 weeks from receipt of the Purchase Order, Deposit, and Artwork.

Q: Can Impact produce a menu cover to fit any size printed insert?

A: Yes.
We specialize in custom orders, and custom sized printed inserts are an item that we are most familiar with.
